Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request timestamps, and security logs. The form system uses a signed security token and a hashed visitor identifier for abuse prevention and rate limiting. Form answers are saved in the website database.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess mentorship applications, communicate about a requested service, and protect and operate the website. If you choose to join the email list, we use your information to send event announcements, educational updates, and news about opportunities. Applying for mentorship or submitting a partnership inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to the marketing email list.

Website hosting and database services operate through Sites and Cloudflare. Brevo processes contact information and messages for email delivery and, for email-list subscribers, contact-list management. Authorized people working on our behalf may access information needed to handle your request. We do not sell submitted personal information or provide it to sponsors for their independent marketing.
