A focused application comes first. Enrollment is discussed after fit is established.

You earn well. You’re ready to build assets.

A property deserves
a considered plan.

Purchase price. Renovation budget. Resale value. Each matters. So do financing, holding costs, selling costs, reserves, and what happens when the timeline changes.

This mentorship is for women who want to understand those decisions before committing to a deal. Your career, available time, capital, and market access belong in the plan from the beginning.

The goal is to develop a disciplined approach to evaluating and planning a flip, with the confidence to pursue a suitable opportunity—or walk away from one that does not work.

A skill you can carry forward

Learn the process.
Use it again and again.

This information can be life changing when you apply it. The aim is to develop a practical skill set you can carry into your own flips, with a clearer understanding of how to evaluate and manage a construction project, from planning the work and overseeing the renovation to preparing for the sale.

Those skills can serve you across future projects. With each deal, you can strengthen your judgment, refine your process, and approach the next opportunity with greater confidence.

You can also bring a more informed perspective to conversations with friends and family—helping them ask better questions, examine the numbers, and understand the work and resources behind a fix-and-flip investment. What you learn can expand the ownership conversation in the people closest to you.

The value comes from putting the knowledge to work: preparation, disciplined decisions, and consistent follow-through.

The experience

Focused learning.
Room to move forward.

01

Six-week cohort

Twelve live sessions over six weeks, combining focused instruction with practical application and feedback. Follow the decisions behind an entire flip, from your investment plan through acquisition, construction, and sale.

02

Six months of private mentorship community access

A private space for Rosé & Real Estate® mentorship participants to stay connected as they put their education into practice. Discuss lessons, share project progress and questions, exchange perspectives, and build relationships with women working toward ownership. Community access also includes group office hours with Zena: a space to bring questions, discuss how you’re applying the material, and learn from the decisions other members are working through. Six months of access includes connection with participants from other cohorts, so those relationships can continue beyond your six-week program.

03

Zena’s operating perspective

A strong fit

Ready to make room
for the work.

  • You want to explore fixing and flipping as an investment strategy.
  • You have $10,000 available for the mentorship and are willing to invest if accepted.
  • You are willing to examine your property capital, time, and risk honestly.
  • You can commit attention to a six-week learning experience.
  • You value a disciplined process and experienced perspective.
What this requires

Your decisions.
Your follow-through.

You do not need a property under contract to inquire. You do need a specific goal and a willingness to prepare, ask questions, and apply what you learn.

A flip is an operating project. You will need to make decisions, conduct due diligence, work with appropriate professionals, and take responsibility for your investment.

Financial readiness is required to apply. Applicants must confirm they have the $10,000 mentorship investment available and are willing to invest if accepted. Property and renovation funding require a separate plan.

Why learn with Zena?

Experience from
inside the project.

She understands the questions busy professional women bring to ownership, including how to evaluate opportunities while managing a career and other responsibilities.

Her approach puts the whole deal into the conversation: the financial assumptions, the team, the timeline, and the choices an investor has to make.

The program investment

$10,000

Six-week cohort · 12 live sessions · Six months of private mentorship community access

Apply for mentorship

Choose the program with a clear understanding of what the investment covers.

The fee is for mentorship and education. It is separate from the money required to purchase, finance, renovate, hold, and sell a property.

Review enrollment terms, refund policies, cohort dates, and the delivery schedule before you commit. The mentorship consultation follows application review; enrollment requires a separate decision.

Questions worth answering

Make an
informed choice.

Will I buy or close on a property during the six weeks?

A purchase is not a guaranteed program outcome. Readiness, financing, your market, available opportunities, and due diligence affect timing. The program develops your understanding of evaluating, planning, overseeing, and closing out a flip. Your actual property project may continue beyond the six-week teaching period.

Can I do this while working full time?

Yes—this mentorship is designed for professional women who want to build real estate skills alongside their careers. Zena began investing while working full time and brings that perspective to the program. Two live sessions each week provide a focused rhythm for learning, asking questions, and putting the material into practice. Set aside time between sessions for the exercises, and use what you learn to plan how a future flip can fit your schedule and responsibilities.

Do I need investing experience or a property already?

You can inquire before owning a property. The application asks about your experience, starting point, and goals so that fit can be discussed. You are not required to buy a property to apply.

How much property capital will I need?

There is no universal amount. Purchase price, financing, renovation scope, location, reserves, and holding costs all matter. The $10,000 program fee does not provide acquisition or project funding, and financing approval is not guaranteed.

Does this include done-for-you property sourcing or project management?

The offer described here is education and mentorship. Property sourcing, financing, contractor services, and managing or completing a renovation are not included as done-for-you services.

Is this private one-on-one coaching?

This is a group mentorship with two live sessions each week for six weeks. Private one-on-one coaching is not included.

What if I already have a deal in mind?

Mention it in your application. Bring the questions you need to resolve. Education does not replace independent inspections, lender underwriting, legal advice, or your due diligence.

What happens during the mentorship consultation?

We discuss your goals, readiness, expectations, and questions about the program. It is an opportunity for both sides to assess fit and review confirmed program details before any enrollment decision.

Are profits or investment returns guaranteed?

No. Market conditions, financing, costs, execution, and your decisions affect results. The educational aim is to help you approach those decisions more thoughtfully.

Can I pay in installments?

Third-party financing may allow eligible applicants to pay for the mentorship in installments, with payments managed by the financing provider. Availability depends on the payment options enabled at enrollment and the provider’s approval. You can review the available terms before committing.

Can I see the schedule and policies before paying?

Yes. Accepted applicants will receive the cohort schedule and enrollment terms to review before completing payment.

What is the private mentorship community?

It is a private space for enrolled Rosé & Real Estate® mentorship participants to connect around their learning and investment goals. Members can discuss lessons, share progress and questions, exchange perspectives, and build relationships across cohorts. Your six months of access keeps that connection open beyond the six-week live program. Group office hours with Zena give members an opportunity to ask questions, discuss their progress, and learn together as they apply the fix-and-flip process. This is separate from the free Stay Connected email list, which shares event announcements and educational updates.

Shantia completed and sold her flip with Zena’s guidance. The property went under contract within 48 hours of her first open house.

“I gained valuable knowledge about real estate, learned new skills, and discovered that I am capable of accomplishing things that once felt out of reach.”
