Founder

Zena Dixon

Zena leads the vision, educational direction, mentorship, and experiences behind Rosé & Real Estate. Her perspective as an investor, licensed general contractor, and Managing Partner at Alkme Construction keeps the platform grounded in the decisions and responsibilities that come with ownership.

Her vision is to build a platform where women can turn ambition into a concrete plan for acquiring assets—with practical education, trusted relationships, and access to people who have done the work. She sees real estate as a foundation for a broader conversation about wealth, bringing experienced voices across investment vehicles into the community.

My long-term vision is for Rosé & Real Estate to connect community members with the education, relationships, and potential partnerships to pursue ownership at greater scale—including apartment buildings and thoughtfully planned residential subdivisions.

Her vision also reaches the next generation: bringing ownership and wealth-building education to high school and college students while they are still imagining what their lives can become. By introducing these possibilities early, she wants young people to make choices with a fuller understanding of the paths available to them—and carry the confidence to see themselves as future owners, investors, and builders.

As the platform grows, Zena wants women to see themselves as owners, investors, and decision-makers who can shape their financial futures and the communities around them. She also drives Rosé & Real Estate®’s media visibility, taking that vision into speaking engagements, editorial features, and conversations such as The Power of Pinq talk show.

Our vision for the next generation

Expand their possibilities.
Early.

A young person’s sense of what is possible is shaped by what they get to see, hear, and learn.

We’re developing an initiative to bring real estate, ownership, and wealth-building education to high school and college students—at a time when their ambitions are taking shape and their choices are still unfolding.

Before careers, bills, and responsibilities begin to crowd the picture, we want students to understand how income can support ownership, how assets are built, and how to ask informed questions about investing. That knowledge can become part of the way they plan their lives from the beginning.

Our aim is to help young people see themselves as future owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers, with the information to explore those paths intentionally.

Help bring this vision to students
From ambition to informed action

Learn to see the deal.
Prepare to lead the flip.

Turn your interest in real estate into skills you can put to work. Learn to assess a deal, account for the costs that shape your profit, evaluate and manage a construction project, and prepare a property for sale—with a process you can return to as you pursue future flips.

Work through the full fix-and-flip journey with Zena in twelve live sessions over six focused weeks, with practical exercises and feedback. Build your knowledge alongside ambitious women, then keep those connections growing with six months of private mentorship community access.

The program investment is $10,000. Explore the curriculum, experience, and application process to see how the mentorship aligns with your goals.
